Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our policy below:

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly require advance notice. Any cancellation made within the policy window will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

Rebooking / Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, a $50 rebooking fee will apply.

No-Show Appointments
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the $100 fee.
