Aesthetic Atelier is not responsible for shipping delays, errors, lost, stolen, or damaged packages, including medications or products. Once an item has been shipped and tracking has been provided, all responsibility transfers to the carrier. For any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim


Refund & Return Policy

We do not accept refunds or returns on any products or services. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by Aesthetic Atelier. All decisions are final.
